This policy explains what personal data Daily Formula Lab (dailyformulalab.com) collects and how we use it. The site is operated by Quantum Tunnel Limited, Unit D18, 3/F, Wong King Industrial Building, 2 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us").
What we collect
When you visit the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this data only in aggregate and for security.
We do not currently use analytics cookies or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
When you email us
If you write to hello@dailyformulalab.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
When you click an affiliate link
Affiliate links take you to another company's website. That company, or the affiliate platform it uses, may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you arrived from our site so that a commission can be attributed. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Advertising
We may advertise this site on platforms such as Google. When you click one of our ads, the advertising platform processes data about that click under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as Cloudflare and our email provider), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
